What we are — and what we’re not.

S.C.A.R. Group LLC is not accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The fee you pay is for access to an educational platform and its tools — it is not a fee for preparing, presenting, or prosecuting a claim on your behalf.

S.C.A.R. Group LLC does not file claims, represent veterans before the VA, or act as your legal agent or attorney. Every form you complete is submitted directly by you, the veteran, to the VA. We provide the knowledge, structure, and organization — you own every decision and every submission.

You are never required to pay for claims assistance. VA-accredited Veterans Service Organizations offer help filing your claim at no cost, including:

• Disabled American Veterans (DAV)
• Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
• The American Legion

We exist for veterans who want a self-directed, organized approach with every resource in one place — not as a replacement for the free help you’re entitled to.

Decisions about your claim — including whether it is granted, your disability rating, and how long it takes — are made solely by the VA. S.C.A.R. Group LLC does not and cannot guarantee any particular rating, benefit, approval, or timeline.

Platform access is a one-time fee, described on our pricing section. It is a single charge — not a subscription, and not a percentage of any benefit you are awarded. How we handle the information you share while using that access is set out in our Privacy Notice.
